Polish flag air carrier LOT Polish Airlines (LO/LOT), a member of Star Alliance, is planning to resume flight operations to Rijeka. Warsaw (Frederyk Chopin Airport) - Rijeka route is offered from June 19th, once a week on Saturdays, with Embraer ERJ-195 (in the picture). This route started with flight operations last year despite the pandemic and it was operated once a week on Sundays.
Beside that, LOT will resume flight operations on Poznan - Dubrovnik route once a week, on Thursdays from June 3rd. This route also started with flight operations last year despite the pandemic. It was operated with Embraer ERJ-195, however this year a larger Boeing 737-800 is announced on this route. Before the pandemic this route was operated alternately by Czech Smartwings (QS/TVS) and Polish Enter Air (E4/ENT), but none of these air carriers offers it for this year.
LOT has already resumed flight operations from Warsaw to Zagreb, Dubrovnik and Split, and flights to Zadar are announced from June, as well as several more routes from smaller Polish cities to Dubrovnik and Zadar.
